Parking & Arrival
Convenient Parking in the Hollywood Hills
One of XOHH's biggest advantages is its exceptional parking and easy access—something rarely found at private hillside venues.
Guests can enjoy convenient arrivals without the parking challenges often associated with Hollywood Hills properties. Whether you're hosting an intimate celebration or a larger production, we'll help create a parking plan that keeps arrivals running smoothly.
Parking Highlights
Up to approximately 40 vehicles can be accommodated on the property and designated parking areas when properly organized.
Additional parking is available along Wonderview Drive and nearby streets.
Valet service can be arranged or recommended for larger events.
Parking attendants may be required depending on event size.
Rideshare and carpooling are encouraged for larger gathering
Accessibility at XOHH
XOHH is a private hillside estate with gardens, pathways, and varying elevations that contribute to its unique character.
Because of the natural landscape:
Certain areas include stairs, slopes, and uneven terrain.
The venue is not fully wheelchair accessible.
Guests with mobility concerns are encouraged to contact us before booking so we can discuss the best accommodations available.
Outdoor guest restroom included with every rental.
Additional indoor restrooms are available with select venue add-ons.
Flexible Vendor Options
You're welcome to work with your preferred licensed vendors, or we're happy to recommend experienced professionals who know the venue well.

Preferred vendor recommendations available.
Catering, bartending, DJs, musicians, and entertainment are permitted with prior approval and must comply with venue policies.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are required for vendors when applicable.
Planning Your Event Timeline
To help every event run smoothly, we coordinate setup, event hours, and breakdown schedules in advance.
Typical Rental Hours:
Half-day rentals: Up to 6 hours
Full-day rentals: Up to 12 hours
Earlier access may be available beginning at 8:00 AM.
Additional hours may be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
Unless otherwise specified in your agreement, events conclude by 11:00 PM.
Easy Vendor Access
Unlike many hillside venues, XOHH features a wide driveway designed to simplify deliveries, vendor arrivals, and production setup.
Vendors load and unload from the designated staging area near the garage, allowing equipment to move efficiently while helping protect the property.
For larger productions or specialty vehicles, we'll coordinate access and scheduling in advance.

Venue Policies
To help protect the property and ensure every guest enjoys their experience, we ask that all events follow our venue guidelines.
Policies include:
Professional vendors must comply with venue insurance requirements.
Certificates of Insurance (COIs) are required for vendors.
DJs, live entertainment, and amplified sound require prior approval.
Outdoor sound must remain at an event-appropriate level.
Open flames, fireworks, confetti, and similar items are not permitted.
Additional venue policies regarding alcohol, décor, and event logistics will be reviewed during the booking process.
Planning for Weather
Southern California offers beautiful weather year-round, but we always encourage thoughtful planning.
If rain is forecast for any portion of your event, tenting will be required. XOHH coordinates tenting logistics to ensure everything is properly planned and integrated into your event layout. Tenting costs are quoted separately based on your event's needs.
