Over the years, we've combined Brad's passion for horticulture with Sanaa's Moroccan heritage and love of design to transform our private residence into a one-of-a-kind venue where nature, architecture, and creativity come together.

The Story Behind XOHH
A Connection to Home
Growing up in Morocco, Sanaa missed the beauty, warmth, and atmosphere of home after moving to the United States. XOHH was created as a way to stay connected to those roots while sharing that feeling with others.
When Brad visited Morocco with Sanaa for the first time, he fell in love with the architecture, colors, and timeless beauty of cities like Fez and Essaouira. Together, they began bringing those inspirations to life here in the Hollywood Hills, creating a place unlike anywhere else in Los Angeles.
More Than 20 Years in the Making
XOHH Events has been a true labor of love, evolving over more than 20 years.
Every corner of the property has been thoughtfully created and continues to evolve because improving this space is our passion. From the Moroccan-inspired architecture to the gardens and mature landscaping, every detail reflects years of creativity, care, and dedication.
One of Sanaa's favorite additions is the majestic Canary Island date palms, which have become a signature part of the landscape and the peaceful atmosphere guests experience throughout the estate.
What XOHH Means
XOHH stands for Exotic Oasis in the Hollywood Hills.
The name reflects exactly what we wanted to create: a peaceful, hidden escape that feels worlds away from the city while remaining just minutes from everything Los Angeles has to offer.
