A private gated driveway leads to a designated load-in area near the garage. Because the driveway is single-lane, arrival times and vehicle movement can be coordinated in advance for an organized production setup.

Parking for Cast & Crew

Absolutely. We encourage producers, directors, and location managers and other key team members to schedule a private tour to explore the property and determine which areas best fit the production.
Yes. Organized on-site parking can accommodate approximately 35–40 vehicles, depending on vehicle size and production needs. Parking attendants, valet, and additional nearby parking may be arranged in advance.
Yes. Optional indoor add-ons include the Styling & Wardrobe Suite and Grand Salon, which may be used for hair and makeup, wardrobe, talent holding, and other production support needs.
Daytime and evening filming may be approved based on the production details. Extended or overnight hours require prior approval and must remain within agreed neighborhood and sound guidelines.
XOHH Events can accommodate both small creative teams and larger productions. Access, parking, staging, and logistical needs are customized according to each project.
Please provide your preferred dates, estimated hours, production type, total cast and crew, requested areas, number of vehicles, equipment needs, and any special power or logistical requirements.
Yes. A certificate of insurance is required for all productions and participating vendors. Complete insurance requirements and additional-insured information are provided with the booking agreement.
Yes. A refundable security deposit is required for all productions. It will be fully refunded within three days following the production, provided there is no property damage, excess cleaning, overtime, or other outstanding charges.
